If you wish to join Singsation...

 

We welcome ladies who are over the age of 18, and with varying musical backgrounds, whether that is total beginners or some experience of singing to professional level. At Singsation we try to keep things informal but structured to ensure that we can make the most of our rehearsal times. We also do not hold auditions!

At Singsation we sing a variety of popular songs in a variety of formats. This is to ensure that everyone benefits from the variety and also for those who are beginners can gain valuable experience of singing, and music as a whole.

During the short break there is a basic musical theory session to arm the choir members with the tools and information they need to not only become better singers, but also enhance their musical performance.

We ask a weekly sub of £2.50 per person, this enables us to pay to hold our rehearsals in the Community Centre, as well as many other things. For example, the purchase of music, holding our concerts, and in the New Year we are hoping to purchase T-Shirts for our performances. If you are unable to make the weekly payment at anytime, please do not feel as though you cannot come along, just have a word with any of the choir management team! We understand that there can be financially hard times!

The management of the choir is made up of skilled singers and musicians, all of which give up their free time to ensure that Singsation is a success.
